We have an awesome product loved by thousands of businesses, and we need your help to resolve software inquiries from our small business owners. We are a small and dynamic team (20 people currently), and you will be joining a team of 6 reps, and answer directly to our VP of Customer Success & Customer Support Team Lead. This is a remote position. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, with most requests via email Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product Become an expert in our gym management software Collaborate with our engineering team on software issues Requirements Qualifications Fluent English speaker with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills At least 1 - 3 years experience in a customer facing role Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Ability to quickly learn complex software products Comfort working remote Familiarity wit
