KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deal Ownership & Sales Execution Co-own complex opportunities from intake through close Drive follow-up cadence and support closing strategy through pricing alignment and scope clarity Gather and apply market feedback (pricing, competitors, lead times) Contribute to achieving team sales, margin, and win rate objectives Technical Sales & Estimating Interpret architectural drawings, specs, and customer requirements Perform takeoffs and develop accurate, qualified proposals Ensure scopes are clear, complete, and protect the company from risk Optimize building design for cost, constructability, and competitiveness Customer & Market Engagement Act as a direct customer-facing resource alongside branch sales Build relationships with contractors, architects, and end users Lead or support project review discussions and order reviews Provide consultative guidance on building systems and design decisions Engineering Enablement Identify and resolve
