The Mandate The Principal runs a global portfolio spanning investments, operating companies, and new ventures. This role is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder across all areas of build: problems that are high-stakes, largely undefined, and require someone who can take full ownership and see them through. The Requirement You will work directly with the founder to deliver structured action that turns complex situations and ideas into clear decisions and outcomes. The measure of success is whether the objective gets done, and done well. The work crosses domains constantly; there will be projects across a variety of expertise areas, many of them unfamiliar. You are expected to own things end to end: from figuring out what the problem actually is, to building the answer, to seeing it through. You do not hand things off.
