The Opportunity The Senior Engineering Manager leads our Data Platform team at Root. In this critical role, you’ll lead a team of data engineers focused on maintaining our data pipelines, data orchestration, and advanced analytics and data science capabilities. You will partner across all business units and functions to set and execute against Root’s foundational data strategy.
