This is a remote position. Objective of the Position: As a Seller Advisor, your primary goal is to generate revenue by converting seller leads into successful deals. This involves adept negotiations and a solid understanding of the current real estate market. Responsibilities: Promptly respond to and develop relationships with new seller leads in the sales funnel. Engage in personal prospecting for seller leads and nurture an existing base of leads. Qualify leads into deals to generate sales revenues. Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, especially with distressed home sellers. Provide an excellent experience for our sellers, thereby creating positive brand awareness for Sell2Rent . Work towards common company goals and meet department metrics. Follow up daily with leads, including identifying and calling motivated sellers. Negotiate offers with sellers, draft contracts, and ensure clear communication with the team.
