The Construction Project Estimator is responsible for producing accurate, competitive cost estimates that support preconstruction and bidding process, contributing directly to successful project acquisition and financial performance. This role partners closely with project leadership, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to analyze construction documents and market data, develop detailed quantity takeoffs and cost models, and help position the company to deliver projects on time and within budget.
