The Implementation Project Manager manages corporate and educational partnership client projects from contract signature through project launch. This position oversees projects within Enterprise Partnerships division (ETS). The Implementation PM leads project teams that comprise internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures project objectives are achieved on schedule, while satisfying agreed upon requirements and specifications within the project's scope. The project manager must use a combination of skills including professional communication, an ability to ask critical questions and seek client feedback, use of tact/diplomacy, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflict. Primary Responsibilities • Lead all aspects of Client and Educational Partnership implementations; including platform configurations, integrations, and any other deliverables related to a successful launch. • Work with departments/stakeholders customers and account managers to determine goals/requirements
