We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR initiatives, focusing on employee relations. • Partner with HR and management to provide expert guidance on employee disputes and concerns. • Proactively identify and address employee relations trends to prevent potential issues. • Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns and conflicts in a timely manner. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of investigations and HR-related documentation. • Foster strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to enhance HR program effectiveness. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree. • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources. • Experience within a manufacturing, high-velocity warehouse, or sales operations environment. • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
