Position: Executive Assistant & Admin Operations Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $45â$60/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build long-horizon admin tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance. Create scenarios for executive support including calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and travel booking. Develop expense and procurement tasks such as expense reports and purchase requests with rule-based limits. Design office operations scenarios like service ticket routing and document filing against a taxonomy. Work independently and asynchronously to maintain focus during challenging tasks.
