The Deal Operations Analyst supports the end-to-end deal lifecycle by partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure customer deals are accurately structured, policy-compliant, and executed efficiently. This role serves as a key point of support for non-standard deals, order booking, and approval workflows, helping balance deal velocity with revenue accuracy and risk management. This is a hands-on, cross-functional individual contributor role focused on operational excellence and scalable processes. Key Responsibilities Deal Desk Support Review and support standard and non-standard sales deals, including pricing, discounting, and key commercial terms Ensure deals align with internal approval, pricing, and revenue policies Provide guidance to Sales on deal structure, required approvals, and next steps Prepare and route deal approvals through established workflows Order Management & Deal Execution Own order booking accuracy from closed-won through order subm
