Description Senior Salesforce Administrator About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize a mature, heavily automated Salesforce environment spanning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems through scalable Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting, and integrations. You will partner closely with teams across Sales, Client Success, Finance, Marketing, and IT to improve workflows, maintain data integrity, and support business-critical processes. Our environment includes extensive Flow automation, legacy process rationalization, and integrations with platforms including NetSuite (via Celigo/ integrator.io ), marketing automation systems, telephony, e-signature solutions, and productivity tools.
