This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S Our Principal Palo Alto Engineers are skilled technical and consultative resources expected to be strong in both technical and soft skills. A Principal Palo Alto Engineer must be driven and proactive with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues. This person will focus on all aspects of Palo Alto firewalls; from troubleshooting connectivity or accessibility issues, auditing rule configurations, managing VPN's, routing, Wildfire, SSL decryption/inspection, providing recommendations around best practices, and more. How you'll make an impact Able to solo deliver or act as "point" for complex projects/requests. Acts as technical escalation point to assist junior engineers.
