Sr Consultant – PLM Strategy
Job Summary The Sr Consultant – PLM Strategy is accountable for defining, owning, and continuously improving the end-to-end portfolio lifecycle management (PLM) framework across Cardinal Health ’s Global Medical Products and Distribution business (GMPD). This role establishes standard processes, tools, templates, and governance to ensure consistent decision-making from intake through delivery, optimization, and retirement of initiatives, products, or investments. The role acts as the single owner of lifecycle standards, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, transparency across portfolios, and disciplined execution at scale. Responsibilities Portfolio Lifecycle & Governance Ownership Own and maintain the end-to-end‑ portfolio lifecycle model, including lifecycle stages, entry/exit criteria, decision gates, and required artifacts. Reestablish and operationalize the Portfolio Review Board, ensuring integration with enterprise initiative prioritization and investment decisioning
