Microsoft 365 Organizational Change Management Consultant
Planet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated M365 Organizational Change Management Consultant to support impactful projects that make a difference for our country. The enthusiastic and self-motivated individual will help grow our thriving practice, provide world-class OCM services, and delight our customers. Requirements 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Professional with excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Must have the ability to proactively respond to internal/external questions and collaborate across internal/external teams. Experience with user research (qualitative and quantitative) and post-implementation reviews. PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification(s) is a plus.
