Lead Analyst, HRIS Benefits
Reporting to the HRIS Director, the Lead HRIS Benefits Analyst will serve as the primary internal expert on Oracle HCM benefits functionality, providing guidance and support to Benefits and payroll teams. This role serves as the Oracle HCM Benefits SME, supporting Absence Management, Workforce Structures (MTL), and outsourced benefits plans. Guide colleagues on system functionality, data accuracy, and reporting best practices. Collaborate on benefits projects, analytics, and ad hoc reporting to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable benefits data and insights. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on all benefits and leave programs, including paid leave, parental leave, and other state-mandated programs. Investigate and resolve complex benefits or payroll-related issues in a timely manner to ensure plans are accurately maintained.
