Lean Coach
Job Description Summary The Lean Coach is responsible for driving deployment, adoption, and sustainment of the GE Vernova Operating Method across the Steam Power Services Nuclear segment. The role supports both regional operations across Nuclear segment as well as the value stream transformation. Working across both a regional operating segment and a value stream, the Lean Coach partners with operational leaders, functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure lean practices are consistently applied, operating discipline is maintained, and sustainable business improvement is achieved.
