Specialist II, Instructional Technologist
Position Summary: The Instructional Technologist II provides advanced frontline and instructional technology support for faculty, staff, and students across institutional learning platforms. This role independently manages course-level LMS configuration, instructional tool support, and quality assurance activities while collaborating with faculty to enhance course delivery and learner engagement. The Instructional Technologist II is expected to resolve the majority of course-level and user-related issues prior to escalation and to operate with minimal supervision within established institutional standards.
