Job Description The Agile Team Coach (Scrum Master) at the Bosch Digital organization works to promote the principles and values of agile work methodologies with a strong focus on the team level. As a catalyst for the agile methodology, he or she drives squad performance through continuous improvements to deliver results in small, consumable increments. This includes coaching squad members and stakeholders, teaching agile concepts, and removing obstacles to operate effectively in the organizational context. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Administration. Experience working with agile teams and IT product development as a Scrum Master. Solid knowledge of agile tools (e.g., Jira and AzureDevOps) and collaboration tools (Miro, Mentimeter). Advanced English is mandatory. Experience leading IT projects.
