Assistant Director, Revenue Cycle Management
MEDTEAM, a division of Harris ; is seeking an Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle Management who supports the strategic and operational execution of revenue cycle services. This role is responsible for managing teams and overseeing key functional areas such as billing, collections, accounts receivable, coding, and denial management to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction. The Assistant Director works closely with leadership to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and achieve operational and financial goals for client organizations. This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US. Travel is required as needed, approximately 25%. Preference will be given to candidates who can work in EST or CST timezone.
