Job Summary The HRIS Workday HCM & Benefits Analyst is responsible for the configuration, implementation and support of the Core HCM and Benefits modules of the Workday system with the goal of providing excellent system reliability, performance, availability, and overall system optimization. This individual works with the HR and Payroll teams to support continuous improvement, including supporting the bi-annual releases of the Workday system.
