HRIS Workday HCM & Benefits Analyst
Job Summary The HRIS Workday HCM & Benefits Analyst is responsible for the configuration, implementation and support of the Core HCM and Benefits modules of the Workday system with the goal of providing excellent system reliability, performance, availability, and overall system optimization. This individual works with the HR and Payroll teams to support continuous improvement, including supporting the bi-annual releases of the Workday system. Job Description MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Core HCM and Benefits modules, including business processes, condition rules, and validation rules. Ensure compliance with established standards and best practices. Lead Benefits administration activities such as benefit eligibility rules, benefit plans, life events, plan year setup, and vendor coordination.
