Associate Director, Access Strategy
The Associate Director, Access Strategy will play a critical role in shaping and executing market access strategies in preparation for a potential product launch in the gout space. The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring patients can access innovative therapy while driving business success in a complex and evolving payer landscape. This individual will be responsible for developing payer strategies, generating actionable insights, and ensuring optimal access and reimbursement for potential future therapy. This role will focus on collaborating with brand marketing team(s) and agency partners to develop tools and resources that support targeted customer segments (e.g., health plans, Medicare, Medicaid, federal, pharmacy, hospital, community practices, Group Purchasing Organizations, etc.).
