The VP of Data role at 9amHealth is a strategic leadership position that requires ownership of the entire data function, including data engineering, analytics, and ML/AI. The successful candidate will lead a multi-discipline team and partner with the executive team to translate company strategy into a coherent data, analytics, and ML roadmap. Requirements 10+ years of experience in data leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries Proven track record of owning a full data function end-to-end at scale Strong product and business instincts in addition to technical depth Experience with experimentation, causal inference, and A/B testing in healthcare contexts Familiarity with PHI/HIPAA and compliance, privacy, and security implications of data work in healthcare Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to make decisions with imperfect data and prioritize tradeoffs between platform investment, analytics throughput, and ML/AI bets Benefits Comprehensive bene
