The Video Producer is responsible for building and owning an agile video production pipeline to drive Brand Growth goals. Highly proactive, this person will produce a steady cadence of long form videos and short form videos for distribution across Youtube, Reels, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels. You will proactively seek and plan production, building collaborations across the org to leverage clients and employees in content wherever possible. In addition to managing this process, you will actively make the work as well as direct others. To succeed in this role, you must have proven abilities to produce and edit highly effective videos for social and web, scope a shoot, and to develop editing talent in others. You also need to be skilled at driving creative ideation and a sense of urgency while producing high quality content that connects with our consumers and sets our brand apart.
