Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services. Prequalify leads based on specific criteria before scheduling a discovery call. Set up and confirm appointments for discovery calls with the sales team. Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and understand their pain points. Present our solutions and recommend suitable assistants based on client requirements. Facilitate client endorsement interviews, ensuring clients can choose the assistant that best fits their needs. Ensure a smooth transition for the client and assistant by overseeing the Day 1 onboarding process. Provide the client with necessary information and expectations for working with their new assistant.
