Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Bridge Fabrication Structural Fitters/Welders for projects located in the Olean, NY area. This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $45/hour plus $125/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Requirements Minimum of 10 years welding experience in a bridge fabrication shop Extensive experience fitting heavy structural steel used in bridge construction Ability to perform precise layout and fit-up directly from blueprints and WPS sheets Execute welds in compliance with AWS D1.5 Bridge Welding Code standards Pass on-site 3G FCAW weld test subject to bend and X-ray inspection to meet NYS DOT requirements Ability to read and work from blueprints and WPS sheets with minimal supervision Experience with multi-pass welding on heavy plate and structural members Ability to consistently maintain weld quality that meets visual and NYS DOT requirements Benefits Vacation Pay Health insurance 401(k) profit-sharing s
