This role is designed for independently licensed therapists who want: Predictable, W-2 compensation and full benefits Flexible scheduling within a structured outpatient model Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote environment Clear expectations around caseload, documentation, and pace Our outpatient therapy model is intentionally built for virtual care, not retrofitted from inpatient or hospital systems, allowing you to deliver thoughtful and structured care. What your day-to-day practice looks like: 100% remote, outpatient therapy Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, others) Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups) Consistent outpatient caseload with
