POSITION SUMMARY: Oversees a team of analysts responsible for the coordination, training and implementation of Epic Radiant and other clinical applications (e.g. Powerscribe). Their primary responsibility is to ensure that applications are well supported and that implementations are properly executed to meet organizational standards. The Team Lead must posses a thorough understanding of medical terminology, technology and clinical workflows. As an assigned application and department liaison, this position will be responsible for coordinating training, troubleshooting, configuration and error resolution for new and existing applications. This position involves working closely with end-users and ITS management staff to manage the development and implementation of new features and functions.
