Understanding the costs involved with software defects, you will be conscientious about producing defect free software. Knowing that code is usually written once and changed often, it is important that your code is easy to understand by fellow developers, follows coding standards, and structured in a way that promotes simplicity and reuse. 30% Customer Satisfaction – As part of the Development Team, it is everyone’s responsibility to maintain the satisfaction of our customers by solving incidents in a faster and timely manner with a focus in identifying and fixing the root causes of problems faced by our customers. The development team works in the Edge with direct interaction with our customers. 15%
