The Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the reliability, security, and performance of our customer-facing web and mobile applications. This role is critical in remediating security vulnerabilities, triaging and resolving customer issues, and collaborating with backend developers to ensure application health and uptime. The Site Reliability Engineer will also manage Azure DevOps pipelines and oversee production deployments to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performing user experiences. Qualifications: Education Required : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; demonstrated experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Work Experience Required: 4+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on application maintenance, customer support, and reliability engineering.
