The Senior Underwriting Consultant is responsible for evaluating applications of the highest financial impact and complexity. The incumbent will analyze decisions without compromising overall underwriting policies and should have the ability to work independently and guide more junior colleagues. Position Responsibilities: In addition to those performed by Underwriter Consultants - identify and provide solutions to work related problems and issues (i.e. Work flow, systems). Negotiate and manage time and resources to meet deadlines and service times. Provide training and act as an information resource for more junior underwriters.
