Summary Guidewire is seeking a Sales Director to drive new business and expand relationships within the German P&C insurance market. The role focuses on selling complex core enterprise and SaaS solutions, managing long sales cycles, and partnering closely with internal teams and strategic partners. Job Description Key Responsibilities Own territory management and proactively generate new business across all German regions (≈80% new business / 20% expansion). Build strong relationships with technical and business decision-makers at insurers. Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure, including value-based positioning and business case support.
