We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant (Filipino) to fully own the accounting operations for a portfolio of approximately four properties, with additional assets expected to be added over the next several months. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate accountant who is confident working independently, takes ownership of their work, and can manage end-to-end property accounting with minimal supervision. You will work closely with internal stakeholders while supporting a fast-growing asset portfolio, ensuring accurate books, timely closes, and reliable financial reporting at the property level. Job Responsibilities: Own full-cycle accounting for assigned real estate assets (initially ~4 properties) Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledgers Perform month-end and year-end close processes by property Produce complete and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) per asset Reconcile bank accounts and property-level
