The Senior Proofreader is responsible for ensuring the absolute accuracy, consistency, and compliance of complex technical documents, datasets, and reports. This role goes beyond standard proofreading to include rigorous verification of numerical data, cross-referencing technical specifications, and ensuring alignment between visual data (charts/graphs) and source materials. Key Responsibilities Data Integrity: Confirm that all proofs accurately represent underlying data, verifying that values in the text match source business rules. Brand & Style Compliance: Ensure all proofs remain consistent with established brand messaging and approved client specific templates. Review content for spelling, grammar, syntax, and/or punctuation Visual Data Audit: Confirm that charts, infographics, and diagrams accurately represent the underlying data and are labeled correctly. Version Control : Manage document iterations to ensure that all requested edits have been integrated and no "legacy erro
