Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Design Expert to evaluate AI model performance on design problems and collaborate with AI research teams to ensure task quality and relevance. Requirements PhD in Design or related field, or MFA in Design with 3+ years applied design, teaching, or research experience, or BFA/BA in Design with 5+ years applied industrial, graphic, UX, or product design experience. Working fluency in at least two of: industrial design, graphic design, UX, product design, design research. Comfortable reading and interpreting design mockups, wireframes, typography systems, and industrial drawings. Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
