Pay: $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Job Description: Senior Manager – HSI Worksite Enforcement & I-9 Audit Support Services Constellation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and oversee the performance of a nationwide Homeland Security Contract. The Senior Manager must have an ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Worksite Enforcement Unit (WSEU) experience supporting Form I-9 audits, employment eligibility verification compliance reviews, investigative support activities, and program management functions. The Senior Manager will serve as a Key Personnel position and act as the primary liaison between Constellation and the Government COR. The individual will provide operational leadership, technical oversight, staffing management, quality assurance, risk management, and strategic guidance for contractor personnel supporting HSI worksite enforcement initiatives across multiple locations nationwide.
