An established and growing law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our team. We are looking for an attorney who is licensed in good standing to practice law in Florida, and who is passionate about representing clients in a wide variety of commercial cases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both plaintiff and defense work, depending on the caseload. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court. Conduct thorough legal research and draft well-written, persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in all aspects of a case, including pre-trial preparation, court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials.
