What We're Looking For: Michael Baker International is seeking a Salesforce CRM System Analyst to support the design, configuration, and delivery of our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement and optimize CRM processes across Accounts & Contacts, Lead Management, Opportunity lifecycle, Proposal Management, and Reporting & Analytics.
