Key Responsibilities Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding – Proactively identify, reach out to, and recruit new vendors in low coverage areas. Own the onboarding process from first contact through full certification. Vendor Network Development – Continuously build and expand a reliable vendor network to support operational demand and improve coverage. Vendor Performance Management – Monitor vendor performance, address gaps, and implement corrective actions or replacements as needed to meet client SLAs.
