We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Cold Caller, currently based in Latin America, to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting appointments for our sales professionals. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to our sales pipeline. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment A minimum of 3 years of experience with cold calling, handling objections, CRM tools A minimum of 1 year of experience with Smarter Contact, Readymode, Podio, and Slack A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Real Estate companies using fluent English with neutral accent and a professional tone Job Responsibilities Generate a minimum of 8-12 leads per day via live transfers to an acquisition specialist.
