The Leidos Defense Sector is seeking a Quality Lead to support an upcoming program. This is a remote position, with preference for candidates located near Beavercreek, Ohio. Please note: This role is contingent upon contract award, expected in late May or early June. Primary Responsibilities Lead and enforce quality processes across the program to ensure consistency and compliance. Develop solutions to complex technical challenges that impact multiple functional area. Collaborate closely with internal cross functional teams and interface with customer stakeholders as needed. Partner with Configuration Management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of CDRL records. Review program level metrics for accuracy, traceability, and mission assurance reporting requirements. Plan, coordinate, and manage internal, external, and third party audits, including AS9100 compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain the program Quality Plan. Review and approve peer reviews and procurement requisition
