Position Purpose: Manage provider communications and training activities for assigned business unit. Provide strategic solutions to business needs to include individual and group training needs while complying with state regulatory, contractual, and deliverable requirements. Manage the writing, design and production of provider newsletters, provider educational materials, Provider Network Management Plans, manuals, and website content while adhering to Corporate style guides and complying with state-mandated regulations Serve as liaison between Corporate Marketing & Communications and other business units, adhering to company standards and the review and approval process Review and audit provider
