What success looks like in this role: The Proposal Manager leads the end‑to‑end proposal development process and is responsible for producing high‑quality, compliant, and compelling proposal responses. This role partners closely with Sales, Solution Architects, HR, Pricing, and other SMEs to develop content, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet client requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in deadline‑driven environments, communicates with empathy, and brings strong project‑management discipline to keep complex efforts on track. Key Responsibilities Manage the full proposal lifecycle for medium‑ to high‑complexity pursuits, from initial release through final submission. Review RFP/RFI documents to ensure a fully compliant and complete response . Create, maintain, and format proposal templates and supporting materials.
