AIR is seeking a Senior Work & AI Strategist to join our Economic & Employment Program to provide leadership and visioning in the design and delivery of policy and programs that helps education, workforce, and public systems respond to emerging challenges, including the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and changes in the future of work. This role leads complex projects, supports the development of reusable tools and intellectual property, and partners with clients to translate data and analysis into practical, system-level improvements. The ideal candidate is experienced in successfully developing strategic cross-sector partnerships spanning public policy, private sector, philanthropy, and social science; and has the know-how to cultivate right action for aligning social change to opportunity. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help refine and enhance the user interface of a desktop application used by remote teams. If you have experience working on desktop apps, simplifying complex workflows, and making data-heavy screens more intuitive, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Redesign and improve UI flows for desktop application interfaces. Simplify complex data presentation and interactions. Create clear, understandable interface states (loading, error, empty states). Work within an existing product structure to improve usability and design consistency. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in UI/UX design for desktop apps. Ability to design complex user flows and simplify heavy, data-driven screens.
