Reporting directly to our CMO Thomas, this is what you'll be doing: Create high-performing video ads tailored for various digital platforms (Socials, Adult sites) with a strong focus on user acquisition and engagement Lead the editing and post-production process for marketing videos, ensuring they are visually engaging, emotionally compelling, and conversion-optimized. Requirements 4+ years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of ads created for paid marketing campaigns Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-driven creative Proven experience using generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc., in your editing workflow Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro Stro
