About This Gig
We are currently seeking Employment Lawyers to work with some of the world’s largest companies across all industries. Responsibilities : Advise HR and management on hiring, performance, discipline, termination, accommodations, leaves, and investigations. Counsel on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other sensitive employee matters. Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and processes, including across international locations with local counsel support. Provide guidance on wage and hour compliance (classification, overtime, timekeeping, pay practices). Design and deliver HR/employee training on key employment topics. Monitor legal developments and update policies, processes, and trainings accordingly. Support commercial and corporate work as needed, including contracts with employment‑related provisions.
