JLL is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical systems installation, maintenance, and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, regulatory compliance expertise, and proven ability to manage field operations while ensuring quality and safety standards. Requirements Field Supervision - Direct and supervise mechanical crews, contractors, and technicians on-site for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems Design Review & Understanding - Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and engineering plans to ensure proper installation and compliance with design intent Quality Inspections - Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of mechanical work including systems testing, commissioning, and performance verification Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all work meets local building codes, mechanical codes, fire codes, and environmental regulations Permit Coordination - Interface with local authorities, building departm
