Our FP&A team is a decision function, not a reporting function. We believe planning and analysis has no intrinsic value on its own; it is only valuable if you connect "what happened?" to "why?" to "so what should we do?" The test is simple: if the business isn't doing something different because of your work, the work isn't done. We’re looking for someone strong in fundamentals (modeling, forecasting, reporting) who wants to apply those skills as a true finance business partner: supporting budgets, headcount, vendor spend, strategic analysis, and investment decisions. As a capital allocator, you’ll help deploy resources where they create the most value, and you’ll see your impact directly in the decisions we make and the results we deliver. You’ll get high exposure, partnering directly with executives and business leaders, and you’ll report to and learn from the SVP of Finance & Investor Relations, whose background spans hedge fund investing, investment banking, strategic fina
