This is a remote position. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Taxation Manager to manage end-to-end accounting, reporting, and taxation services for our Singapore-based clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Reporting Oversee full sets of accounts for a portfolio of Singapore clients, ensuring compliance with SFRS. Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts. Prepare year-end financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors and support clients during statutory audits. Taxation Manage and review corporate tax computations and filings (Form C-S, C).
