JLL is hiring an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their Public Sector team in North London. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, providing engineering cover for events, and working with a team to produce quotations and reports. The ideal candidate will have experience with maintenance duties, health and safety awareness, and knowledge of computer software such as Building Management System (BMS). Requirements Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules Provide engineering cover for the client's events Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner Proactively use technology systems to ensure compliance with contractual obligations Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and client Write accurate and timely activity reports Assist the management team in producing quotations by providing accurate and good quality information Manage Integral sub-contractors whilst working on site
