Role Overview This person manages their own book AND actively elevates the team around them. They do not wait for direction in either dimension. On the account side: proactive supply growth, data-driven prioritization, and commercial thinking from day one. On the team side: leading KPI reviews, being the go-to resource for ideas, coaching AMs through problems. The AI angle is genuine — we want someone who is already exploring these tools, has opinions about what they can do, and is excited to bring that curiosity to the team. In this role, you will: 1.
